According to an industry survey of conference attendees conducted in 2005, regarding session formats, people prefer educational courses over all other kinds of content presentation, with almost 85% of respondents rating them as “very or somewhat important” (in comparison to only 50% for motivational speakers and 43% for celebrity speakers).
