ZIP files instead of self-extracting EXE files

TimeWise Light for Windows is typically provided in unregistered form as a self-extracting PKZIP file called TIMEWISE.EXE. If you need a non-extracting PKZIP file for re-distribution, email us at info@timewise.net and we will send you a copy of timewise.zip .

TimeWise for Windows 30-day trial is typically provided in unregistered form as a self-extracting PKZIP file called TWWTRIAL.EXE. If you need a non-extracting PKZIP file for re-distribution, email us at info@timewise.net and we will send you a copy of twwtrial.zip .

TimeWise Light or 30-Day Trial Distribution Agreement

David Berman Developments Inc. permits distribution of TimeWise Light and TimeWise 30-Day Trial for commercial purposes only pursuant to a TimeWise Trial Distribution Agreement and subject to the terms described below. "Commercial Distribution" includes any use, copying, downloading, promotion or distribution of TimeWise Light or TimeWise other than for personal or family use or use by a business, educational institution or similar organization for other than its own internal communications purposes. Examples are inclusion of TimeWise Light TimeWise 30-Day Trial on media in a book, magazine or newsletter, making the software available on ftp and/or Web site, distribution by software vendors or Internet access providers, or distribution in bundles with other products. No charge may be made for TimeWise Light or TimeWise 30-Day Trial, other than as necessary to recoup costs of duplication, packaging and shipping.

Two signed copies of the TimeWise Trial Distribution Agreement must be returned via mail or delivery service to

All documentation provided by David Berman Developments Inc., or a document with similar content, and the commercial product information supplied by David Berman Developments Inc. must be provided to each distributee. First line support, including installation support, must be provided by the Distributor to each distributee, other than distributions involving publications.

Delivery of TimeWise Trial Distribution Kit

Within fifteen days of David Berman Development's receipt of the signed Agreement, a TimeWise Trial Distribution Kit will be shipped to the named Distributor. The Kit includes software for the Mac and/or Windows platform, the user manual and commercial product information in electronic format, and official artwork and instructions. In addition, bug fixes and updates will be made available, either electronically or via delivery of a new master floppy disk set. David Berman Developments Inc does not provide personal technical support to TimeWise users, although the user manual, on-line help and user mail lists are helpful in this regard. For simplicity, we do not negotiate the terms of the Agreement. However, questions may be sent via e-mail to contracts @ timewise.net .

David Berman Developments Inc. permits use of TimeWise screen shots in publications and tutorials. If the screen shots are used in later editions, we ask that you obtain updated versions of our screens for those editions. Please indicate David Berman Developments' copyright in any screenshots and include the following notice in the materials: "TimeWise is a trademark of David Berman Developments Inc."

David Berman Developments permits you to excerpt the TimeWise User Manuals to prepare tutorials and reference guides for users of TimeWise software, or for inclusion in publications. Please use David Berman Developments' copright notice with respect to the excerpted portion, and use the following TimeWise trademark notice: "TimeWise is a trademark of David Berman Developments Inc."
