Where are the manuals?
There are not separate user manuals for TimeWise Light.
However you can download the full TimeWise manuals,
which cover all TimeWise
Light features and TimeWise features from our manuals page. Also, pretty well everything
in the manual is available in the on-line help in the
program.
Who can I ask questions of about using TimeWise Light?
If the on-line manuals are not sufficient, you can email support@timewise.net for timely, personal
responses.
Can't I call you guys to ask TimeWise Light questions?
Please don't, unless you have bought a support package.

Light, we regret that we cannot provide person-to-person
telephone
support for the
shareware version. Please allow us to continue to distribute
TimeWise Light as shareware by e-mailing your technical

How do I register my TimeWise Light?
Just purchase a license. Send a
cheque, use your credit card, or go to our secure server to pay
the US$99 license fee.To view all of the ordering options, go to

Unlocking Key so you can start taking advantage of the benefits
right away: more reports, charge groups, more support, and
freedom from those annoying messages!
How do I upgrade to the latest version of TimeWise
Light?
Download minor updates from the Timewise Patches page,
and install right over your old version. Your data should not be
affected. Find out about ordering major revisions from the Timewise Upgrade
Page.
How do I upgrade my TimeWise Light to the full commercial
version of TimeWise?
Purchase a license to the
full
commercial version. You will be sent the complete
TimeWise package. You will also be give an Unlocking
Key over the phone so
you can start taking advantage of the benefits right
away.
Why would I want to pay for TimeWise when I can
get TimeWise
Light as shareware?
The full commercial version of TimeWise has many more powerful features, full
documentation, multiuser licensing, cross-platform
licensing and you get 50 days of free direct telephone
technical support.
