Getting Started Support free telephone support for 50 days** for registered TimeWise users (get 50 more days when you upgrade)
free e-mail support for 90 days** for registered TimeWise and TimeWise Light users
Per Incident Plan  US$33.* an incident (or 6 incidents for US$195) for personal voice support
Annual Support Plan: US$195.* a year per license for unlimited phone support and updates (does not include upgrades) 
On-Site Support and Training US$79.* an hour + travel expenses 

Please note that Support Plans, either per incident or annual, does not include repair or manipulation of your data files. If you need to send us your files to be repaired and returned to you, we will charge US$69* an hour for this service. If, upon receipt of your files, we realize that more than one hour of work is required, we will give you a firm quote before proceeding further.
 

Simple E-mail Support. Send an e-mail message that describes the problem to support@timewise.net. We'll do our best to answer. If things get complicated, we may recommend telephone support.

Free Getting Started Support. We give free support when you purchase TimeWise licenses or upgrades: Timewise users get up to one hour a license of free telephone support for 50 days from when you register. TimeWise Light users get 90 days of unlimited e-mail based support, starting from when you register.

One Price, Now Matter How Long It Takes. You pay a flat fee for each support incident, no matter how much time it takes to solve the problem. For convenience and savings, you can choose to purchase a six-incident support pack.

Affordable Annual Support Plans. Or get unlimited support at a great price, which gives you unlimited access to telephone, e-mail support, and updates (does not include major upgrades or migrations).
